The parking is easy, the store is relatively clean, and we've never had any substantial issues. One time the chicken was not as fresh as I would have hoped and like with all Aldis, the stock/inventory varies from visit to visit. The staff have always been polite. Several times the check out employee was very friendly, most of the time just efficient and polite. Remember why the prices are so wonderfully low -- they keep their costs low and that means some things are bare bones! Bring your own bags and be prepared for a lightning quick scan and dump into your cart during check out. I find it's worth it, since we get pretty much everything we need and generally save 20%. It's also very efficient -- generally in and out in less than 30 minutes!

The best hours to come are first thing in the morning before 9am or late at night after 9pm. That's when it's the least busiest and the most quiet. Now here is why I gave it 3 stars there are never enough check outs open. You either have all the self check outs shut down and 3-4 human operated ones open or you have 1-3 human operated ones open and maybe 2 self check outs working. On extremely busy days this causes lines to form all around the store which means your in there for 45min-1hr just trying to check out and that sucks. The older greeters at the door are always nice and welcoming with a smile on their face which is super nice. However sometimes there are younger ones at the door and their attitude is repulsive and unwelcoming. If your wanting a quick in and out shop, you don't wanna come here. If you got patience to wait a while to check out then have at it.

It's in the heart of town, near their church, not too far from their house. So today when I was in town and needed a couple of things, and knew it was around the corner, I stopped in. Doesn't seem very different. Pretty plain exterior, big parking lot (along two sides.) Friendly, helpful staff. Prices weren't bad, for the current era anyway. I found what I needed and something else I'd been thinking about. Selection isn't as huge as at a bigger store, of course, but there were plenty of options. Deli counter was getting a steady stream on a Saturday. Obviously there's a nostalgia factor for me, but having this not far from home would be great, rather than running out to the edge of town to go to a bigger, busier store.
