So: road trip! :-D Julie was great to speak with on the phone and she arranged to hold a couple of bottles for us (there were plenty in stock when we arrived). Gustavo not only showed us around the busy store (Saturday, July 4th) but directed us to a couple of other tequilas, which we happily bought. The five days in this major high heat in vehicles and locations without some sort of refrigeration was the cause. I Contacted Liquorama, and they blamed me. They said I should have used same day shipping. During this very hot season, they should have mandate this. I would have gladly paid the difference. They refused a refund and I am out $200. Their fault regardless of some unclear rules on shipping. NEVER BUY AGAIN FROM HERE. THEY HAVE CULPABILITY AND THE CUSTOMER SHOULD BE VAIUED.
