Not only that I just soaked my nails off and there is a an entire chunk of my nail missing in the middle of my nail plate on my pinky finger where it was drilled too much and at too much of an angle. I am a licensed cosmetologist so I know what's right and wrong in salons and I'm just upset that specific care was not done for me and my nails.

I've been going Basically BC its closets to me and I work 12 hour nights. I just went last week for a fill and she charged $55 (insane) and I have to go back this week already due to lifting. The stylist, knowing my mother had cognitive problems told Mom she couldn't give her any change. When mother gave a twenty for a $15 hairstyle, the stylist simply gave herself a $5 tip. This went on for weeks. Mom finally told me what was going on. I won't be going back there again. In the beginning I had given the stylist $20 to tip her for her kindness to my mother. I knew mom wouldn't want to give much of a tip, she would leave maybe $2. I wanted to compensate the woman fairly but then she took even more. I wasn't bringing much business to the shop, but I never figured this small town salon would bilk my mother out of money.
