She really took the time to listen to what I wanted and asked questions just to make sure she knew what I wanted. I asked for a v shaped hair cut with layers and a few face framing pieces, and that is exactly what I got! She made sure that she cut a little bit at a time for the face framing pieces, just Incase I decided that I didn't want to go as short as I originally said.
