I asked for dip powder. The girl who did my nails drilled too much off around my cuticle and when I left it looked like I already had 2 weeks of grow out. Not only that I just soaked my nails off and there is a an entire chunk of my nail missing in the middle of my nail plate on my pinky finger where it was drilled too much and at too much of an angle. I am a licensed cosmetologist so I know what's right and wrong in salons and I'm just upset that specific care was not done for me and my nails. read more

The salon is clean and staff are professional. The problem I have is their method for a dip manicure. They are basically doing a gel manicure NOT a dip. They start off like a dip but after three dips they basically change to a gel process. They put a gel sealer on and dry under the ultraviolet light. The nail polish ends up being very thick and looks like a gel manicure. This is not the proper process and defeats the purpose of getting any dip powder on the nail. The end result is a gel nail with dip powder underneath. After my last "dip/gel combination" at this salon one of my nails chipped off like a gel nail would do. I want to give this salon my business because it is close to my home. However I will be returning to a salon - in another city - I've used many times where the dip manicure is done correctly. read more

Horrible manicure. I have polish on my skin and she didn't even cover the whole nail with topcoat so it's going to chip easily. I'm very careful after a manicure, though I've never had to be. My nails are usually durable after the polish. Not here! I somehow got a dent in the polish by the time I got home. Just a complete waste of money. Don't waste your time here. Update: Less than 24 hours later I have 2 chips. I haven't done anything rough that could cause this. So frustrating. What a waste of money. read more
