First time to this groomer and not a fan. First the owner…read moregot a bit of an attitude with my husband regarding the cut. She said well I'm the master groomer , well we are the paying owner! The staff was very friendly not going to deny that; however when we went to pick her up she was in a kennel which I specifically asked not to put her in there. I was not too happy about her cut as it is uneven along her sides and stomach. Then when we got home noticed she has what looks like razor burns on both sides of her head where it is cut way too short. This is unacceptable, you state you are a master groomer but don't listen to what your customers are asking you to do. How would you like to go for a haircut and come home with a shaved face that looks like it was done with a dull shaver? Lesson learned and will not be back.

The owner quoted me a price, wasn't on premises when I took my cat in, and she was " groomed " by what I understand was her unlicensed daughter. This girl simply shaved my baby including the whiskers on one side! I was charged twice what I was quoted, and when I called the owner back just got a confused babble of excuses in response. I since found an excellent groomer but she has moved. While looking for a reliable cat groomer in my area, I was shocked to see MY CAT'S " before " picture being used by this awful place. If you care about your pet at all, NEVER take them to this horrible place! Now I am wondering how to get her picture taken down. BAD BUSINESS practices, more importantly, they cannot be trusted to be around animals!
