Both women are so cheerful and accommodating and listen patiently while I explain each time exactly how I'd like LADY done and explain any issues she has. :) 3. They're QUICK. I only have to leave her there generally less than 3 hrs. 4. LADY's cut is just great! I'll post a picture after her grooming this week, 5. The price of my dog is comparable or generally less than other groomers. 6. And the biggest reason of all? LADY is happy and relaxed when we go there! So, all pluses! The only negative was the first visit actually finding the place (business) within the strip mall. Needs some better directional signage outside in the hall but it probably isn't allowed? He didn't even smell good after five days , and normally when I get him groomed for $50 he smells wonderful up until his next groom. His paws and all of his white areas ,like his belly and under his chin weren't cleaned very well ,and they cut around his toenails so they now look longer than usual. Not sure what that was all about. So the extra things they did, were not things that I wanted, nor were they things that looked very good. The price I paid to have my dog groomed, was the price I would pay for a Master groomer to groom him. He should've looked like 1 million bucks for the price I paid. His coat wasn't shiny. Not sure if they put them in a bathtub or if they just sprayed him down, but normally when he gets groomed he's very shiny when you look at him in the sun, because he is put in a tub, and he was not shiny. His hair was dry and dull. Not sure how this Groomer received an almost 5 star rating but I've had my dog for almost 10 years now and never have I been charged so much for such a horrible groom. I had to come home and cut the hair on his paw pads myself. I just can't believe that I used to pay $50 for a groom, and the results were much better. I can see dirt on my hands when I pet him. A white film, which normally takes weeks to accumulate before the next groom. Unfortunately I had to move for work, and was just trying to find a good groomer in my area. If you are going to charge $120 for a perfectly groomed dog, you need to have the right equipment and the right staff and the right products. I feel he needs a groom again, and that's ridiculous . So unhappy, but moving on.. The reply back was very unprofessional and untrue. My dog gets groomed every 4 to six weeks for the last 9 and a half years without fail.. I furnminate him once a week as well as clean his ears. I may have been lucky to get his grooms done for only $50.00, and she May think it's unrealistic, but they only charged that, because his coat is in good condition and he is always well groomed. It just wasn't worth 120$ was my point. I wouldn't have minded paying more, for a better groom. We moved here from Wisconsin 8 years ago, and my dog has never had issues. If she knew anything about the breed, the fact that he is almost 10!years old and is still looking and moving like he does is pretty amazing , and she wouldn't have made such rude remarks. I take very good care of my dog and he is very well acclimated to this weather. That in my opinion, is just an excuse for unacceptable work. Maybe the problem was that they don't normally take large breed dogs or have a tub big enough. Just look at their pics on their website. Not one big dog that I can see. And the only reason I didn't say anything to her while I was there was because of the attitude that she gave me when I brought up the amount that she was trying to charge me. I figured with someone with an attitude like that , calling wouldn't make any sense, so I just decided to leave a review to let others know what I experienced at this pet salon. And she is absolutely not being honest about what she quoted me. She NEVER told me it would be 120$, or I would not have gone there. I do appreciate a job well done, and I know how much work goes into grooming my dog. He is my dog, and I groom him myself in between grooms, and I know what it takes. , maybe the owner doesn't appreciate honesty. All she had to do was say she was sorry. All the extra insensitive remarks were unnecessary. As a business owner she should know better.

My dogs were hesitant to go with them. My one was pushed through gate by employee because she wasn't wanting to go in. Three times, in as many months, one dog had issues after pickup. Next day vet visit. Diagnosis was pinched nerve in neck, which caused back legs to go weak. Nursed back to health & two weeks later back to Woof. He developed kennel cough. Another vet visit. Was told he could not return for 10 days. Third & last time - upon pick up he was down in hips. Could barely walk. Itching & broke out on mouth & under legs. So sad. Vet treated again, & thank G, he's healthy now. After a year or more as client, I will not return. Such a drastic change. Employees attitudes have even been bad. No more pleasantries; one even turned me away because she failed to enter my appointment. I was paying $200 a month for playcare. On top of this, over $600 in vet bills in three month period. My dogs have been home while I research other facilities, & cannot be happier, or healthier!

I was left shocked, in emotional distress, and unable to attend a very special church Christmas play that evening due to threatening comments by a tech there named Caprisha Thompson, saying "I will call the police myself if you do that," which was not her place to say (at all,) and given the lack of knowledge she had concerning our dangerous situation at home with my dog and regarding injuries she already caused. Their concern was only for my elderly dog, and I felt was completely inhumane towards the elderly lady I care for. There comes a time when HUMAN life has to be prioritized and protected above an animal's, and I am convinced you will not find this rationale here. Even after showing video of blood all over my house, personal injury I keeping incurring, even records with animal control when I was ticketed for having a "vicious animal." I fought two years to protect my dog, keep her, train her better, and I (still) love her very much. Unfortunately, she has become unsafe and a liability. I do not feel comfortable even re-homing her at this point because I value the lives and safety of PEOPLE, human beings first and know my poor aging dog has become a danger to other dogs and to people of all ages. I have had to keep her separated constantly from people and animals but this is not possible nor safe anymore. After much prayer and finally being at peace about it, the decision was made to go to Eau Gallie Animal Hospital after discussing a euthanasia option and scheduling an appt. for yesterday, Dec. 3rd, right before our church Christmas play so we could all keep our spirits up and keep our positive thoughts and memories alive of our beloved pet. We had said our goodbyes, taken pics with her. It was time to go to her appt. and finish this journey on a good note, before something really serious happens due to her dangerous behaviors. I was "led to believe" over the phone this facility could/would help in this difficult and sad situation, especially as my dog is getting older and more unpredictable. Instead, the whole situation was turned against me, The Vet. (Dr. Beth Bahr) very sweet but came in all teary eyed and said I do not feel comfortable doing this, and hinting what I was saying was untrue (?) IDK because she said "I changed my story" which was odd, and accusing, and not true. I left some reasons out and was trying NOT to say everything due to potential legal ramifications and too much unnecessary exposure of how my pet has been dangerous to keep for quite awhile. I have protected her, loved her, kept her away from others, and even paid to get her certified as my emotional support pet because she made me feel safe, I suffer from PTDS. But things change, situations change. Now too many others are at risk because of my pet and I cannot/should not keep hiding that! When someone almost bleeds to death IN YOUR HOME over Thanksgiving because of your dog, you have to reconsider if it is even legal for me to harbor a dangerous, though beloved, pet! I should not have to give all this detail to say my peace and validate my reasoning. This is quite cruel, but necessary to speak out so others do not pick the wrong clinic expecting to get help and understanding without exhaustive explanation. So yesterday was quite traumatic, not only to be not believed in the office (when yes I have tons of proof, just did not know I would need to bring it with me!) It was hard enough to realize she would need to be euthanized without having to relive past bad and scary things she had done. Our family really wanted to part on a positive note. Finally, I was told by the tech "We don't euthanize for convenience." WTH?!? The Vet then said, "Based on my findings I cannot in my heart do this...." as she goes home to her cute little family, providing a SAFE environment as expected. Of course she would not take my dangerous dog into her home I can promise you that!! So I am given no choices in the matter, and even guilt tripped for seeking help in the first place. They "informed me" they already let the police and animal control know (and why the need for that threat too?) Also, the tech overheard me on the phone saying I don't know what to do now. The play starts in an hour, I have to keep an elderly lady safe in my home, and they are making me bring my dog back home. I said on the phone, "I guess we could put her in the closet while we are at the Christmas play for tonight so everyone is safe." Mind you, this closet is actually a beautiful large room the size of a bedroom, with a lovely picture window, a clean, nice safe place for a dog to stay for a few hours, complete with a food & water bowl, and a huge cushy dog bed of course. But the tech, Caprisha Thompson, became very unprofessional and even condescending towards the end saying "And
