I chose Dr. Sanders as my surgeon because, despite residing in California and working as an ER nurse at the Veterans Affairs, I made the trip back to Houston for this procedure. The front office staff were friendly and professional. Dr. Gajula treated me with respect, listening to my complicated issues and going over them in detail with me. I asked I can go to Dr Zhao office to see her , then get referral , she said we are having a short day , then asked me all Dr Yu's tax ID , NPI, fax number.....which patient will know the Dr's ID? Plus Keshawn have all info when she called my insurance , but she just try to give me as Dr Zhao patient difficult time as much as she can do , no care patient at all. The other two staffs named Irene and Jenny are the best , these two will get referral at the same day within 2 hours. Keshawn is opposite , she will try to put off your need as long as she can defer. I will never walk in Dr Zhao office again if Keshawn works in her office.
