I was told by the girl at the front desk that there would be an extra $25 charge for being a walk in. A walk in?! I've been a patient for years! Is this any way to treat your loyal patients?! I could understand if I was some random person off the street, but I have been a loyal patient for over a decade! Why in the world would I pay YOU extra to wait?! I decided to spend my copay elsewhere and went down the street to HEB RediClinic where I was seen immediately, no waiting, no extra charge, and no bad attitude. When next I have an appointment with Dr. Truong, I will bring this issue to her attention. Her response will determine if I stay a patient or take my business elsewhere. Honestly, there are too many other choices out there to put up with sub par treatment.
