Like I've renewed my Drivers License in a short turn around time. It could be that earlier appointment had arrived late as I did see admin staff letting patients check in well past their actual appointment time. Again, that's something the office staff should be able to monitor a bit more responsively. I might would recommend arriving about 30 minutes late if you don't want to wait around cuz they'll let you in anyway and then you won't have to wait. Also, don't any of your paperwork online or on your phone. The receptionist doesn't check their systems so you'll apparently just sit around until you finally get up to ask if the doctor is ever going to call you back. Redeeming quality of the shop being one staff member, I think Tiffany was her name. She caught me in the lobby thinking I was on the way out... when I told her I hadn't been back yet, she promptly fixed that issue. I was with a doctor within ten minutes from that.

Secondly, I have never had nor have had symptons of or been tested for these diseases. I was charged for these tests in August of 2025 and November of 2025. When I called their office today I was told it was testing for a UTI. I have never had a UTI nor have I ever reported any symtoms to any doctor.

One year he was voted One of the Best Doctors in Texas by Texas Monthly Magazine. Bedside manner = A+ Humor = A+ Empathy = A+ Professionalism = A+ Intelligence = A+ Since he is so good, his normal wait time to see him is about 3 months. This is my third time year. My first was a consultation to discuss payments and plans for my face…read more I wanted my freckles gone so Dr Kim suggested the Pico Laser. I have literally been burned before with a Broad Band Laser and Moxi so I was terrified to even consider a laser. We did a YAG type laser first for the mole on the side of my nose. It helped get the deeper part out and now we are working on the superficial part of the mole. The numbing cream is excellent. I'm so sensitive to pain that if it isn't effective it's not happening. I also got RG microneedling for my crepey neck which seems to be currently exfoliating. I got a package of three for both the Pico and RF microneedling and then a microbotox session after the Pico is done. We shall see how everything turns out. Updates in a few months.
