No one bothered to inform us, not even a courtesy call prior to our scheduled appointment. We live in the Phoenix valley over 1.25 hrs away. If communication is this poor with this outfit I want nothing to do with them when trying to build a home...

Latham Removal and Repair…read more This is a family owned business; they  just finished doing a lengthy project of  removal/replacement of rotted cedar siding on the back and side of our house. Discovered rot on the stairs and was able to repair/replace. Fantastic caulking job on our entire house prior to painting. Their attention to detail was superb. Really a top notch job! The roof was leaking so it was a necessity. I had 5 roofers give me estimates, most within the same price range, but no one would call back, or get me on the schedule. Finally I reached a live person at Bow Tie!! within days I had the estimate resolved, signed and sent a deposit. I was finally put on the schedule!! Hooray! even if I had to wait until November, at least this was progress. Surprise, surprise, I get a text saying they received the check, and could they start work? Contatced Sigi with SGC in regards to remodeling our front and back porches at our house in Pine,…read moreAZ. Sigi was quick to respond and followed up with an in person visit within a day or so. We discussed some ideas about my front and back porch and I liked his recommendations. I decided to go with SGC and began in February. SGC had to completely demo both porches and start all over with new footers for both. I went with Trex Decking as well for the proches. Demo was completed the first week in February and his crew began working. Mother nature slowed it down a little bit with some snow and rain here and there and waiting on the Gila county inspector added a few days along the way. The porches were completed in March. I also had SGC tear down and build a new privacy metal fence on a portion of my property. The metal matched the color scheme of my house really well. I really appreciated Sigi's communication along the way. I love the craftsmanship of the porches too. The flooring has a really nice picture framing finish for the flooring and trex decking was used on the railings as well..
