I have lived in my Flagstaff, AZ townhouse for more than twenty years and never has there been this much snow piled up in front of my driveway. This wasn't just a few inches pushed to the side. This was a wall of snow two feet high and three feet wide, blocking all of the driveways on my side of the street. While on the other side of the street there was no problem at all. So, obviously, the contractor just didn't bother to put in even the bare minimum of effort. And when I contacted the property manager about it, she just made excuses, saying "There is always a berm". And yet there was no berm on the other side of the street. Obviously, there would had been no berm if AZ Irrigation & Maintenance did what they were paid to do, and removed the snow instead of just pushing it to the side.

Because of my experience this spring, I am canceling that service and will be looking for another business. They were supposed to turn on my water on 4/23. On 4/25 we had snow and rain a couple times after that. I was not paying attention to my watering system. After two weeks I started to think it was not working. What I learned is they warrant their work for three days. After that, you pay another service charge. I paid $145 the first time and $125 the second. I also have had at least three different times that I was told someone would call me back and they did not. Feels like a company this size would stand behind their work for more than three days. Unless you can monitor their work immediately and carefully, do not use this company.
