Love the fake mountain that you can climb on to test out the KEEN hiking shoes. While you are there add some SmartWool socks. These are the best! (I also bought another pair which were on sale at Going, Going, Gone in Florida.) The perfect hiking socks. Since there was a suggested packing list, I also added a new waterproof camera case, a crossbody hiking bag, a small flask style 500 ml water bottle and new hiking poles. Check out their sale section. My KEEN water shoes were 50% off and were shipped to me for free. Perfect for water entry hiking days to see sea turtles, Galapagos sea lions and Blue-Footed Boobies. They also have a great selection of jackets, shirts, pants, hats and gloves. Parking is plentiful. Returns are easy. A great place to shop for the Great Outdoors or Urban Hiking.

No reason 3 employees should be in an aisle just standing and talking. Makes it's hard to shop for shoes, tried waiting for them to move, but they were there for a good 15-20 mins so kinda sucks. Also, all the shoe sizes were mixed in the clearance, youth-womens-men's, everything and all sizes was super crazy. To top it all off, they allowed a homeless man to roam the store and just yell for our last 15 minutes in the store.. so yeah, probably would not be returning to this store. Only saving grace was the cashier was super nice, only reason I'm giving 2 stars.

Don't use any credit cards associated with this disgusting company. They make paying their credit…read morecards very difficult. Logging in as a pain in the arse. Going to get help and having them connect to the actual store never works. They have inept employees on the phone that are never going to be able to help you when they are rude and will hang up on you. Eventually that's going to lead to a payment not getting paid and your credit getting hit. I have over 10 credit cards and never had a problem with any of them and I pay them all off every month and this trash has now hurt my credit because they make it impossible for you to get through and talk to somebody that knows what they're doing never use their credit card. Use your own credit cards.
