Absolute horrid experience! There wasn't a greeting as most professional businesses give to customers, especially if they are new to your establishment. I was genuinely interested in the jewelry but was walked by and ignored several times; however, when I walked out I was heavily welcomed out! Maybe you ladies had too much wine this evening and should definitely improve on your professional practices if you are serious about your business. What good things can't I say about this Boutique. Trendy, stylish, unique, designer fashion without designer pricing. The quality of clothing is outstanding. Which leads me to the staff. This is the sweetest and most accommodating group of ladies I've met in the industry. No matter what you need whether it be an exchange, a special gift or that perfect dress for your special evening they've got you covered. Please take my recommendation and check this place out. Went there today looking for a new dress and shoes for my sons wedding. I understand when there's only one person there to assist customers but no "hello" let me know if you need anything?? The person working walked by and around my husband and I many times but never said a word. It just felt unpleasant. Oh, but as we were leaving we got a " have a nice day" I'd never shopped there before and felt like I was an intruder not a customer. read more

I have been a customer of this boutique for 9 to 10 years. I like to shop small businesses rather than the big box stores. However, I will no longer be a patron of this store. I had plans for a weekend get away with my friends for quite some time. I received an in-store gift card, and another Visa gift card for my birthday. I saved them for this special occasion to use in the store for new clothes for my trip. I purchased over 300.00 in clothes that day. I used both gift cards and my own credit card. Both gift cards when thrown away in the store as no balance was left on them. Returning from my trip, I decided that 3 pieces were not for me, I returned them with the receipt and told that the 96.00 would be returned to my credit card. Great! However, after a week, no refund was given to my card. I called the store and found out the refund was given back on the visa gift card that I no longer had. The owner called me back and I told her that the employee made a honest mistake and she states that she refunded the money and I would have to deal with trying to get my money back. The employee saw that I paid with 3 different cards, and never asked me which card because according to the owner, they do not like to ask customers for personal info. I did try to about a month with no luck. So I called the store again and spoke with the owner again, hoping that she could help me on her end. The owner was rude and states that it was my fault. Finally she said, I have been in business for 10 years and I have NEVER had a customer return clothes, get a refund and want me to pay them! I really just wanted MY money back. Then she madly said, would it make you happy if I just gave you a store credit. I declined because I want my money back. She did make a call to Target to see what they would do since she only had the last 4 digits of my card. Not sure why she called Target but whatever. I called the owner last week and she never returned my call. I only wanted my money back on the right card. Beware if using gift cards in this store and expecting help should something go wrong. Disappointing to say the least. read more
