The lady said that would be fine so I just drove from Middleburg and a man came out said he was the owner. (In 30 years I've never dealt with him ever). He said if I dropped them off I Would NOT get back any he didn't want. So what kind of racket do they got going on is my question? 1st if they are new why would you want all of them and 2nd if you don't want them why wouldn't you return them? With them having more than one store how do we know they aren't taking the "unwanted" ones to another location to sell? Sounds shady!! Never again will I use them or refer someone to them. The older lady who checked me in only told me a couple items she was not accepting, and then walked off the whole process was 100% unclear on what was being accepted versus what was being declined. I 100% understand that they can't buy everything and everything is based off of current inventory and what they can sell fast so I want to assure anybody reading this review that I am not mad about them not buying my stuff. But I am mad about is the fact they didn't make their process clear and couldn't even treat me a little bit of human decency. I would like to thank Ren and the tall young boy with wavy brown hair and light eyes who helped me out to my car with the stuff, considering I was recovering from Surgery and I was already spent in this Florida heat. Those were the only two individuals who even treated me like I was a human coming into that store versus some piece of trash just trying to get money for crack or something. What really annoys me the most about this whole experience is of course they only took my designer boutique items, but I understand why but they didn't even take the complete set. They only took certain parts of each set, leaving me with a bathing hat, but they took the bathing suit or they took the dress and left me with the bloomers. If you expect me to keep all the sets together, and I have to go through all this work to make sure everything's together then you better take the entire damn set and not just half of it. They also didn't keep the sets together on the items that they did not accept. I had to go through everything again and pair everything up. Do not expect me to have the professional courtesy to do these things and then you can't even be kind enough to do it back to me. Not a big deal for me as I am 46. I went to this mall to eat at a restaurant at the food court. It's an average sized mall (1 story) with your typical stores. I didn't visit any of the anchor stores, but I did go to Bath and Body Works to get a hand soap. The food court area was nicely sized and looked clean. When I went on a Saturday, the crowd looked fine and I didn't see any rowdyness. The mall is still alive and doing fine. This is a still a decent mall in Jacksonville. Overall: B
