Stopped here for something sweet recently after many drive-bys. I was pleasantly surprised that they sell cake by the slice. Cake and fillings were tasty. The icings do not really taste like a butter cream. Cakes are refrigerated and taste a bit better at room temperature. read more

This is a unique cake shop with a wide range of flavors. We enjoyed the cakes / pastries here. We ordered cake here, an 18-inch cake. I went to pick up the cake and almost ended up waiting 25 minutes as they were doing the finishing touch on the cake. The cake tasted good. However, they forgot to write happy birthday on the cake. Overall, the design of the cake and finishing touches were brilliant but never mind floss that they have to fix to gain more customer confidence. The flavor of the cake was good. I felt on the lighter sweet side, which is fine, but the texture of the cake as such was fantastic. The interior ambiance of the store was great and good for a quick stop by and grab some desserts. Recently I had to order a cake for my daughter's bday and It was of great diss appointment that I should have not ordered here. Number I had to keep texting and reminding her for the cake until last minute and whenever I called to place a request they never picked and even not cared to call back. Number 2, In the google form I clearly mentioned to write Happy birthday for my daughter. But they missed to write on it which was a great disappointment for my girl who had huge expectation on the cake. Number 3, they made my husband who went to collect the cake for atleast 30 mins and doing last minute touchups. Number 4 the cake was super expensive when i just ordered the base cake with just vanilla base and strawberry and the response she mentioned was if its customization its extra. Beware!! You won't know if you are getting a cake that is posted on their page or a sloppy cake like the other bad review got. So I am one of the unlucky ones with the sloppy one. Wish I had read the reviews instead of just trusting what I see on their page. The baker stood by the design as well. I had to post the cake on social media to prove to her, I had so many people comment what an awful and sloppy cake it is. I paid $175 She did refund $85 after going back and forth but still missing the point that you have ruined someone's first birthday cake!! A 8 year old can make a better cake. Really not satisfied with the cake and worst communication with the baker. We ordered a custom birthday one tier cake with two animals and one of their chocolate flavors. First of all they won't pick up the call or message back for several days, so I had to order in a hurry. They quoted really high price for the custom cake and we complied as we were traveling. For the cake the giraffe and elephant structures were not stable, made like play dough with irregular colors. The final cake was in wrong color (white instead of yellow and they didn't inform us) and while cutting the buttercream layer fell off from cake. I Could not taste nuttella or coffee in the cake and it tasted very average. Overall very very bad experience and please don't order custom cakes here ever!! I wish I can give 0 stars! Best cakes in town! Nupur is so easy to work with and was able to create the exact cake I wanted last year for my sister-in-law (who is very picky). When my birthday rolled around, one of my kids said they would get the cake. Two days before our gathering, we husband found out that my kid had dropped the ball and didn't have a cake ordered. The store location could be dolled up some and the communication could have been better for sure but have eaten two different flavored cakes from this business and have really enjoyed both. I generally don't like cakes, find most cakes too sweet and thick but both cakes from here have been soft, light, moist and airy without an overly sweet or thick filling and frosting.
