The woman at the counter was kind and smily, helping us to know what the different flavor options were like. We ultimately bought two slices each to share over the next few days at home, but we immediately broke into the Biscoff cheesecake and knew we had chosen wisely. This is hands down the best cheesecake I've ever had. A beautiful layer of caramel on top, perfectly dense cheesecake filling, and delicious cookie crust. I could write a song about it. Maybe I will. This is a 5/5 cheesecake. Maybe more. We also tried the lemon blueberry cheesecake, which I would rate a 4/5. The filling seemed to be more lemon than blueberry, but there were blueberries inside. I would have loved a blueberry swirl as well. But I'm nitpicking.
