They have plenty of other unique flavours for the regular scoops and sorbets. ( and by regular I mean made with dairy) I did need up trying the lemon pie and chai flavoured ice creams which were all really good. My only issue here was with service, we did order in English which may have lead to some confusing however we had asked if the vegan soft serve could be dipped into the chocolate coatings and were told yes. We unfortunately were served regular ice cream instead and when asked if it was vegan we were told no and that it would take a while Ri be able to make vegan ice cream. However afterwards when It was my turn to order I ordered in French and was given the vegan ice cream with absolutely no delay. When we arrived there (around 7pm) there was a pretty long line of people waiting to be seated both inside and on the patio. We were told by a waitress that our wait time would be approximately 50 minutes, to which we replied that we were fine with waiting. While waiting, we noticed that service was very slow- some groups were seated for 10-15 minutes before getting water and ordering. Some parties also waited a long time before getting their bill- I heard one group tell their waitress that they had been done eating for 25 minutes and were going to dine and dash if they didn't get their bill in the next 5! After waiting for about 45 minutes a very frantic waitress told the party that was waiting right behind us that they would no longer be able to get in- and basically turned them away, even though the restaurant was still open until 9PM! Another waitress kept coming to see us while we were in line to tell us that we should leave because they only had 4 waiters that night. However, I could count at least 10 waiters taking orders... very strange! We ended up waiting one hour before being seated and one seated service actually went pretty well. Our weather was very nice, he took our order very quickly, and the food came out within 10 minutes. Our desserts were very good. We were seated by 8pm, and most tables on the patio were vacant. Despite this, the waitresses told every person who showed up that they were already closed (one hour early!) Honestly, it was a mess! I would go back to a Juliette et Chocolat, but just not this location.

The person who served us was friendly and polite. If you aren't familiar with their setup (or your French isn't great) this can be a confusing menu. Basically there are a LOT of flavor choices for the soft serve but only 3 soft serve machines. How do they do it? They all start with a plain ice cream or yogurt base then they take that and mix in flavor additives using a unique mixing press machine that I'd never seen before. There are also sundaes and some other treat types available. I had a brownie sundae. The soft serve itself was good. The brownie bites were really industrial, hard and bland. The hot fudge was the standard issue sort of fake tasting mystery substance that hot fudge always is. If I had known it was going to be hot fudge (and had the language skills necessary) I would have asked if they had a chocolate syrup (the thinner non fudge type you might use when making chocolate milk at home) instead. The caramel sundae my partner had was well liked.
