They scarred my 3 year old by chasing him while slapping the ground to make loud claps to try and get him to go faster. He was the slowest in the class because he was the YOUNGEST AND SMALLEST. He literally immediately stopped in his tracks and from that moment on hated every second and cried anytime "karate" was mentioned. Every time I would bring him it felt like I was torturing him because he had legit fear and I could see it in his eyes. When I said I was canceling his they said they understood and it was fine but then continued to charge me. Master Miron said he would reimburse and make sure it was canceled but never did. Then my oldest wanted to stop because his brother wasn't doing it with him and I wasn't about to force a 4 year old to do something he truly didn't want to do. When I told them I wanted to cancel both o was suddenly told "oh, you actually signed the 12 month agreement and are obligated to pay for the whole year." EXCUSE ME?! they have my signature on a piece of paper that I was falsely informed of while they took advantage of me having an 18 month old with me as well, always busy and never able to sit and talk about any contract. Never in a million years would I sign a 3 and 4 year old up for a 12 month contracted class. THEY ARE THE WORST. ONLY SEND YOUR ENEMIES HERE.

It's always a happy and positive environment and even though the room can get full during sessions, the children still get the attention they need and are pushed to their limit by the masters. The masters are respectful and attentive with every child and use music, sometimes games and activities to motivate the children to do their best and have fun while in training. Bringing our child has been one of the best decisions we have made and we are really happy with the progress and are excited to see what will become of him in the near future with this excellent team!

Sticking to the nutritional guide helped me develop better habits; combined with the HIT classes, I honestly couldn't believe the results. What I really like about this gym is that they change up the workouts daily. You'll never repeat the exact same routine twice. And if I'm traveling, I can always come up with something on my own. The instructors are great to work with and understand the importance of being good at motivating people. I've lost over 20lbs in the three months since I joined and look forward to each of the 30-minute sessions I attend 3-4 times every week.
