Came here with my sister-in-law and two nephews and they were OBSESSED! This place is huge and has so many different slides, tunnels and activities for kids. We came during the week so we basically had the whole place to ourselves, which was good since my nephews wanted us to climb up the towers and go down the slides with them. I can't speak to how it is on a weekend when I'm sure it's much busier and louder, but the weekday trip was a huge win--though I was definitely sore the next day The prices are also really reasonable and allow for in and out privileges. I would like to make parents aware of this location. my deep dissatisfaction with the experience my family and I had at Bay Plaza Billy Beez location on Saturday, June 7th, at 1:00 PM. We chose this location for my son's party based on a family recommendation and were excited to celebrate with loved ones. However, upon arrival, we were very disappointed to find that the party room (Room 1) and play area were extremely hot. When I inquired with the manager about the temperature, I was informed that the air conditioning had stopped working earlier that morning. Another staff member later mentioned that the AC had actually been out since Thursday. This lack of communication is completely unacceptable--especially when health and safety are at risk. At no point prior to or upon arrival were we informed of this issue, nor were we given an option to cancel or reschedule. We had elderly guests and children with asthma present, and the conditions were far from safe or humane for either adults or kids to enjoy the party. Additionally, I was told by the party host that balloons would be set up, and that I could bring in additional ones if I chose. However, there were no balloons in the party room when we arrived. Had I known, I would have brought more myself. These oversights significantly impacted the atmosphere and overall experience. To make matters worse, portable AC units were only brought in at 2:30 PM--right when our party was scheduled to end. By then, many of our guests had already left due to the unbearable heat. Out of the 10 children I paid for, only 7 were able to play due to asthma concerns and parents choosing to leave early. We paid over $500 for what ultimately became a very stressful and disappointing event, and I feel this situation was handled with a complete lack of transparency and care. they are very short staffed and they have two people checking people in and setting up the party rooms. Great spot for kids to have fun and play in a fun filled environment that is relatively safe although not perfect. I know it's hard to supervise the play area at all times but it seems on weekdays supervision is literally non existent. Parental supervision is limited as well because regardless if you play with your child it is near impossible to keep up with your kids in their playground which has many spaces with low clearance and tight spots that only young ones can fit in. Anyway, the park itself is chock full of fun and exciting things to keep your kids engaged and having fun. Weekdays seem less busy than weekends and the crowds are basically kept at minimum on weekdays that aren't holidays. Parking is readily available in the mall parking lot and prices are reasonable. 4 stars for Billy Beez and a thank you to the owners for having this playground in the mall of Georgia. read more

My family and I have been coming here since they opened this location. Due to the last few experiences we had, we will be looking for another place to take our kids. They're very understaff, the last 4 times I was here the restrooms were dirty and when My husband informed the staff, he was told they're working on it. By the time they cleaned it (20 mins later), my husband had already taken my 8 year old to the mall restroom and was charged a fee to get back in. For years we never had to purchase their socks but we were told at our last visit by their girl in the front (who was very rude) that we needed them in order for my kids to play. There were lots of kids that didn't have Billy Beez socks playing. Some with no socks on at all. The trampolines are not supervised. Anyone is able to get inside whether they purchased that option or not. There's not enough tables and chairs to sit and eat. No outside food or drinks allowed. We were there really late one night and witnessed one of the workers use the same towel to clean the food counter area, hand rail and multiple tables and chairs. How this place scored 100 is beyond me. read more

We had an issue with the gift cards I prevsiouly purchased for admission. I was told I was not allowed to use them for admission only to find out later that they could be used for admission. The concession stand was rarely attended to. We stood there for over 20 minutes before someone finally came out. Of course, it was the pathetic manager, she saw it was us and turned around and went back to the kitchen. No one showed up again for over an hour. BEWARE: The place is extremly poorly ran. First of all, I would say this is a fun place for kids if you like to go shopping and have another adult to watch them! It's really big and have a lot of different sections for the kids to play. My kids didn't want to go home even after three hours later! Yea, of course. Secondly, if you are parents, you probably won't go back second time if you have to be forced to buy their socks, they insisted everyone must wear their branded socks even your kids have their own socks. It was $3.19 for a pair of socks, and I have two kids. I think that is really not necessary. ‍ You can't bring any food and drink, so you will have to spend money in their cafe, which is not cheap. Security wise, they don't have anyone around to watch your kids which is why they let parents to sign the liability waiver. I think it's fair, you are responsible for your own children. I brought my grand boys last year, and it was a fun time for them but quite chaotic. This year, there are fewer kids (on a Wed), and the youngest boy feels more confident to play throughout the entire park. This is a place I can bring both boys (10 and 5) and they can run and jump to their hearts content in relative safety, though there is no employee supervision that I could see. It is difficult to follow your kids completely as there are so many nooks, but the exit gate stays locked and you can't get out through the entrance. I still wouldn't consider it a place to just drop off younger kids. Billy Beez socks are required, but can be reused. There are tables and benches for adults to sit and watch the fun, and there's a snack bar. Super nice manager and employee who treated this Mimi to complimentary socks and an Icee! People who have kids can tell when they arrive at a kids place run by people with no kids. First off, this is one of those places with some needlessly stupid rule about having to wear THEIR branded grip socks. Who cares that almost every trampoline or indoor playground sells the same stupid socks just in different colors, you've got to top your bill off with their bright yellow version. Con artists, I tell you. My 4 year old has sensory issues and will not wear a wristband for any reason. Places that use wristbands, such as Zoo Atlanta, Stone Mountain, Fernbank, the aquarium and basically every single other place on the planet has never had a problem with me wearing his wristband except this place.. but eventually told me that was fine after I said I needed a refund cause my kiddo ain't having it. Other than that, the play area was big and clean enough with plenty to keep your kids occupied for hours if you've got the time. Great staff!! Willing to help put together an unplanned birthday party for 10 kids !!

Last weekend 4/27/2025, my daughter had her 6th birthday party here. We arrived 30 mins prior, signed the paperwork and paid the remaining balance. The young lady who checked us in was great. She told us that our room wasn't ready but she was gonna go clean it and then we could set up. That process was smooth . Things went downhill from there. Upon arrival in the room, we noticed that it was super hot so we opened the door to let some air in. The temperature never really got better, so i found the young lady and asked her if the air was working she said that maintenance had been by and said they fixed it. As my guests began arriving, it got worse. It was so bad, we had to share the portable fans and few guests brought. I constantly asked the staff to turn on the A.c. with the same response as before. So we move on to the pizza. I ordered an extra pizza for the parents and when the 2 bday pizzas and extra ones came out. 2 of them were burnt. We had to send them back, with hungry kids asking for more pizza. I also ordered pitchers of fountain drinks. They were out of everything I asked for, except sprite. Not only were they out, I had to go and pick up the pitchers myself. I also had to serve the pizzas, cake and clean up after the kids ate the pizza in order to make space for them to have desserts. We looked around for staff to assist us with the party, but the 3 of them were stretched so thin we could never track them down. This was the worst party I've ever paid for. From extreme heat to the burnt pizza, no staff to assist. It was just terrible. No one offered any alternatives, no assistance, nothing. Since that day, I called the customer service line a few times and have heard nothing back. Customer service is lacking, besides for the young lady who checked us in. If y'all are going to charge so much money for a party, you all need to have the resources to accommodate each party. When we book these parties, we book them with the understanding that we are gonna get what we're paying for, ie; un burnt pizza, fountain drinks that are listed, assistance during the party, air conditioned rooms that seats several people etc. I will never book with you all Again and I'll make sure my loved ones do not either. All around incredible and AMAZING experience!! After recently reopening after the quarantine, we made the decision to drive our 8 year old identical twin girl here to celebrate their birthday. BEST decision EVER. We would make that hour drive again and again as long as we got the chance to see and work with this team. My husband as a firefighter/emt was immediately thanked for his service & told his entry was covered and no cost from Billy Beez. THEN...the moment the three leaders on staff found out it was their birthday, they went away without us even knowing and put together the cutest birthday surprises EVER for them. We just didn't know what to even say, it impressed us so much. Wow, what amazing people at this business. We couldn't even thank them enough, but I did request a photo with our girls to save and look back on for their birthday. We loved this experience SO much, thank you!!!! Dominique, Terriant, Patricia, you made two eight year olds entire week. Thank you for all you do!!! We worked with every remaining staff member while visiting and every single one made us feel special, appreciated, and gave us excellent service. This place has really gone down hill. Back in 2017-18 they had more than just two people working: someone up front, someone in the cafe, someone to make sure their taking turns on the trampolines, someone making sure no big kids are in the toddler area, etc. Now? There's two people total, the cafe doesn't serve any hot food(but, you also can't take food in), they make you buy their "special socks", no cash but no signs that say so and nothing on the website. My family: 1 yr old and 2 yr old and husband played for 2 hrs and had so much. They were short staffed, but the lady at the front desk had a bright smile on her face and was such a joy to be around. She also worked concessions until another girl came in to work ( no smile and not very personable (didn't greet or say hello)). Which is very frustrating and unfortunate. Also, there wasn't much to choose from on the menu. They were cleaning the bathrooms and there was plenty of soap. It was a very clean atmosphere. I only saw one lady not have on the approved socks on. They also must have changed the policy, because we were told we could come back since we had an all day pass and would not get charged to come back and play. All in all we had so much fun in the ball pit and enjoyed our stay. We will be coming back. read more

The staff was extremely rude when we requested or any of our guests requested anything. We paid almost $1000 for the party and food add ons. For the price, I would literally go anywhere else.
