**5-Star Raving Review - These people are actual legends** I cannot say enough good things about Choice Furniture - they turned what could have been a frustrating, expensive headache into one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. I had a sectional couch that I paid good money for 3 years ago and the cushions had worn out. I figured I would have to buy replacement cushions I reached out, mostly just to ask if they had any suggestions. Instead of the usual "sorry, nothing we can do" corporate response I expected, I got: - A real human who actually seemed to care - The owner/manager personally jumped on the thread - They dug through old receipts and located my order. - Offered to replace the cushion at no cost to me. - Expedited the whole thing because they knew I was having family over for the holidays - Threw in new foam upgrade at no extra charge because "the old foam was probably tired anyway" It arrived perfectly matched, beautifully made, ahead of schedule, and honestly looks better than the original. In 2025 when most companies treat you like a number (or worse - an inconvenience), Choice Furniture treated me like family who just had some bad luck. They went so far above and beyond that I genuinely feel weird about only being able to give them 5 stars. If I could give 10, I would. If you're on the fence about buying from them - don't be. These are the kind of people you want to support. They still believe in doing right by their customers, even when they don't *have* to. Had a wonderful experience with Randy and the owner. I have chronic conditions, including pain. Randy took the time to help me find the best recliner and mattress for our new home. The next day, my husband and I had a great experience ordering split mattresses and the mothership of all bed bases. When everything arrived, the owner realized having a bed was the only thing preventing us from being able to move into our new home. He worked things out with the delivery guys on the spot and they made room on the truck and we were able to finally stay the first night in our home. I am very disappointed with an ongoing experience with Willy, who is the owner. I have been awaiting a replacement of a kitchen chair that was broken due to bad hardware. I immediately contacted Willy back in December 2022 about the issue. I was assured that the issue would be covered by the warranty. First it was that the manufacturer would replace the item,then would credit me back,then it would be store credit only,then it was that I would need to buy a new set and then get a reimbursement,then it was that the manufacturer had a confirmation shipping date of 10/18/22. As of today, a year later, still no replacement and I have not been receiving any responses since October from the owner. I would give 0 stars if this would let me! read more

I purchased a LazyBoy recliner on 6/8/22 that was delivered on 6/16/22. By 8/8/22 the entire right arm of the recliner was separated from the chair during normal use. We submitted pictures to the business stating that we expected a resolution under the warranty. The owner finally agreed to repair it, but as of 2/17/23, this issue has not been resolved. At the one point he stated that the replacement part was at the store but he didn't have anyone to do the work. The owner has been contacted multiple times. He guaranteed it would be addressed in the following 30 days during one conversation. When that did not happen, I went to the store on December 10, 2022. He could not produce the replacement arm. I requested a refund or replacement as it had gone on so long and he said that was not allowed. He said he would order it again and repeated the 30-day promise. The next time we spoke he indicates that there were shipping issues. We are now 6 months out from the original communication and still have a very expensive and useless piece of furniture in our living room. read more

The sales people are all very friendly and their approach was more of a education than a sales approach which I like. Very poor customer service. Willy the owner had custom ordered my furniture in the wrong fabric. I sent it back, and was told about a 25% restocking fee and was told my other option was to select something off the floor .just so happens the fabric and style of furniture was sitting on the floor? I took that floor model with no discount, and asked to have the pillows reordered in a plain fabric matching the sofa and love seat. I was told that would be $45.09 per pillow! So I inquired about returning the pattern pillows for a credit of 45.00 per pillow, I was told no. I have one more piece of furniture to receive from them, and I will never do business there again. I paid this order in full at the time of ordering. My advise is don't do this! This owner makes the stereotype of the used car sales man live on! read more
