This company is amazing! Everything they promised and everything they tell you they will get done, gets done fast and right!!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND Choicemedia AI which AI confirmed was the same company as Choice Media LLC both located in Vancouver Washington!!!!! After over 3 months and many hours and dollars spent I received a grand total of 3 worthless leads from Facebook. Two leads that "supposedly" kept texting in that they need help but would never respond to my texts, calls or voicemails. Probably bots. Never in the 3 months of time wasting were they able to get my google ads running until I cancelled 8/24/26 and the day day after 8/25/26 I magically received a charge from google for running ads. Then after I informed them of the issue and I would be sending in reviews/fraud claims they threatened to have me blocked from all social media platforms. Complete incompetence is the best way to describe my experience with Choicemedia. Use at your own risk and watch your credit card charges closely. They are not trustworthy. read more

I'm sure any good review of this fraudulent "company" are as fake as the company itself is. They took my money, claimed they're running ads but never integrated into my ad manager. They were running ads on Facebook as Focus AI but the invoice and website was "Choice Media". I should've went back with the PPC Pros. PPC Pros does great work and will never scam you. While pleasant to speak with I never felt like I got anything close to what I paid for with Choice Media. When i asked for stats to show any change in activities with my website I was told I needed to contact my host to get stats or that I could get an app that would give me stats. I paid a relatively large amount of money over several months to see my site moved up on the pages of Google when certain searches were made, I saw only declines and not increases. I saw my website get moved further back when I searched. It went form being on the first couple of pages to not even on page 10. When I asked about it I was told that Google rotates sites and url's and that mine would make it's way back to the first pages at some point. Again, nice people, but when there is a limited budget for marketing and marketing is a huge part of my business success, I would not recommend them. read more

We thought we were working with a good company. We initially wrote a contract for 1500 folders received 250 and were told others would ship later which at the time we thought would work for us because we were moving locations our contract since then has expired & we never received the remaining folders. But they were very good at trying to get other sponsors to send them more money. We initially worked with Justin then when we told them we would no longer work with them I received a call from Brandon saying he would make sure our folders were sent it's now 2 months later and now he's not answering my calls either and still no folders. I really wish I could put 0 stars. This company is a scam. I was sold multiple ad space and stupidly thought it was a good way to market my insurance agency. Their responsiveness is slow to non-existant. Multiple calls and emails have left been and unanswered. Finally, I got one of the proofs and found that there's 3 insurance agents in the same ad when the lady who sold it to me said I would be exclusive in the ad space. I spent over $1500 on them and extremely frustrated. Again, when I called yesterday, I talked to someone and mid-sentence hung up on me. I'll have my attorney reach out next. I was told that I would be notified when the ads went to print. This did not happen. I was told that a copy would be mailed to me by their customer service department after projected printing. This did not happen. The order for print was not submitted until four months after order was placed. I was told that an update with a confirmed delivery would be provided once tracking numbers were received. This did not happen. Please trust me on this: DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!! They are all about making the sale, but if anything goes wrong, they will neither refund your money nor even return your calls. I am a Mortgage Lender. A sales woman (initials R.S.) sold me ad space that was to be placed prominently in the folders that several Realty offices would use to give information to their clients. After I paid them a SIZABLE sum, I spoke with one of the Realtors whose folders I had purchased space in. They were shocked and appalled. This was the first they had heard of these folders, and they certainly had not ordered them! Yet, here was Choice Media, selling ad space in these phantom folders! The Realtor told me that even if they were going to have such an item printed, they would never include a lender with whom they were not already doing business. In fact, as it turns out, they have an affiliated lender who has a desk right in their office! The sale that Choice Media made to me was a complete sham! So, I got in touch with R.S., the sales woman who sold me the ad space. She was anxious to speak with me at that moment because a space for advertising had supposedly just opened in another office and she saw me as a ripe candidate for an add-on sale. So, she took my call (she didn't realize I was calling with a complaint). I explained the problem and she gave me the name and number of a superior, initials B.W. I called this man, who, like R.S., originally answered the phone. He told me he would make everything right or refund my money. He was very reassuring. After several days, I called him again and was again able to speak with him. He had not made anything - let alone everything - right and so, he committed to refunding my money. But time began to pass and no refund appeared in my bank account. After 3 or 4 days I started to call him again. Each time, I had to leave a voice message, and each time, he did not return my call. As of today, several weeks have passed. I have called B.W. many times - at first, about twice a week, then, every-other day, and lately, 2-3 times per day. His outgoing message is generic - it's an electronic voice, and it doesn't mention his name or the company name! I leave messages, but nobody returns my calls. I am convinced B.W. sees my number and lets it go to voicemail. Then he ignores it and probably erases it. Today, I went to the company website and looked up their corporate phone number. I called it and my call was never answered. I tried 3 times, just in case there was a problem with the connection. But get this - it doesn't even ring on the other end! Your call connects, but there is no sound on the other end - just the sound of a black hole, which is exactly where your money went! Fortunately, I contacted my bank and contested the payment I had made to Choice Media (2 months ago) on the basis that they had never delivered on the service I ordered. The onus is now on them to prove that they delivered the service. And since they, of course, cannot provide such proof, I will not be out any money. R.S. and B.W. will lose their share of the commission, which is only right. In the end, all I have lost is a good deal of time, effort, and aggravation. So, I don't write this review because I have lost money. I write it to warn you readers that you are playing with dishonorable scammers when you speak with Choice Media! Avoid them and perhaps they'll all have to find honest work!! read more

Terrible in every sense of the word. From design experience to "Customer Service". While I don't like to put any company down amidst C-19 (which is well past us at this time) I am making an exception for Choice Medias. This company simply put is bad news - and appears to be just a fraud, and I have so far wasted my money and would not ever do business here. Got a call out of the blue from them about Real Estate folder covers, sounded simple enough so I paid for 2 RE offices folders at 2 ad spaces each, in total it's a grand. I paid for the services 6 months ago, it was supposed to be done by January 1 (it's March 17th), I called in several times before someone called me back (they don't answer) was told "supply chain issues" and sourcing materials was the issue, then was told management shakeup was the problem - I truly believe they don't have the ability to put out the product because they are completely mismanaged, either way, I was told that 2 more weeks and it would be done, eight weeks later they have still failed to deliver on those services. Even things like getting the artwork retouched (because it came out bland), which is done digitally on a computer have never been completed (you don't have to source a computer to do the artwork)! They don't answer their phones or emails and if you request a refund you will spend months trying to get your money back. I would not WASTE money here because that is what you will likely be doing. Art is handled in real-time and gets to everyone very fast. It is so nice to work for a company that really does everything they say there going to do. I would not recommend this company nor use it again!!! They contacted me last July/19 spoke with Zachary and he sold us a promotional of advertisement in our local area with logos printed on folders. This promotion supposed to be done printing and start running in Sep/19. I was supposed to get a copy of the folders they are to supply for a full year. I never got any folder. I have been sending emails, I have left several messages, I have spoken to Corey, Jack, Zachary and Christine. Up to today they are still working on the printing of the folders and they keep making promises they can't meet. I spend a good amount of money with this Choice media and they are not professionals and they do not meet death-lines!! I have asked for a full refund and they declined returning our money. Please be advised. This people sound so good and they are after is dril your money. My promotion was supposed to be done last September/19 is now almost February/20 and this people can't get their act together!! I received a call from Choice Media sales rep. Savannah B. She sold me an ad. I decided to cancel this ad the next day. I called and left 2 messages. I was suspicious of this company because the sales rep misled me about who referred her to me. I decided to email my cancellation so I would have a record of this. The charge has been placed on my credit card, but 3 months have gone by and the company has not issued me a refund. I continue to fight this with Capital One and Choice Media. Each saying the other is responsible for the refund. Clearly Choice Media needs to refund me, as no ad or artwork ever took place. This company does not respond to calls or email. read more
