He often has a Mohawk or colored hair. The ladies are so friendly and are very nice. I am currently waiting on an embroidery order for myself. I cannot wait to see it! Their work is outstanding and the product lasts. There are no loose stitches. Prices are very reasonable and they can get small batch items back to you within a couple weeks. They do have some items in stock that you can purchase to embroider on, but I often bring my own items. Last time I went in they were saying that there is a shortage on obtaining flex fit hats for wholesale. Something to keep in mind if you would like hats to be embroidered. Also, they text you a proof of your work before completing it. That way you can let them know if you want to make any changes before your product is complete.

If you need quality patches I would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend going else where and if you even argue a tiny bit about price or quality the owner who is not a true local gets nasty with you. If you want work done quality work find a true Washington local that deserves your business not this second had quality scam artist. Not only did the owner over charge us but changed the prices not once not twice but 3 times.

I was told they were there forever so I gave them a shot. The work took three times as long as they said it would take. The place is very dirty and messy. My order was very expensive for the quality of work. I didn't want to pay for the shabby work but had to. I recommend going anywhere, I mean ANYWHERE on the planet except for here. It's sad to say but it's that bad. Sometimes you gotta know when to hang it up, or get someone else in there.

I called prior to my order to ensure it would arrive prior to a yarn dyeing class. They assured me it would. I placed the order. I contacted them after a couple days when it was listed as "not shipped" and was told it was shipped but "unfortunately the tracking information was not properly imported into our system" but it would still arrive on time. I emailed a couple days later asking if it would arrive on time and got this: "I am sure it will, most packages have slowly started to show up today!" Today, the day I needed it delivered, the UPS tracking information showed up and, upon checking the UPS website, UPS hasn't even received the package. Each time I contacted them, I was clear that I would not need the yarn after the 30th and not to send it or bill me if they could not deliver by that date. I called them today to tell them not to bother to ship it as I would not be able to use the yarn AFTER THE CLASS TO DYE IT WAS DONE. The representative I spoke with didn't seem at all surprised that I was calling about an shipping issue but was apologetic. I assured her I would be refusing delivery and, if for some reason it was delivered anyway, I would expect them to pay return shipping as there was absolutely no ambiguity about the fact that I would not need the item after the date of my class to dye it. She didn't even pause when she told me just to return it unopened to UPS to refuse delivery which tells me the is an ongoing issue (as do all the reviews I am not reading on line with similar issues).

And this is exactly what this is it's nice to see the money stay in the community. The quality of the work is excellent. And communication is good.
