I kept injuring the same knee and was worried that skiing would be a problem so I went for some physical therapy to strengthen it. Bill was great and wrote down a program for me to do at home between visits. I was very happy with the treatment and got through the ski season without injury (even though I fell and got knocked down a few times)!

I may feel a little sore afterwards, but they constantly take care of you by using a tens unit, heat, ice and a massage gun. additionally, my therapist massages my bad shoulder and it feels phenomenal. I can tell that it's slowly gonna get better. they actually care about you here. I've been to other physical therapy places where they just want their money.
