The Medical Assistant who checked me in at the clinic called over to Ortho NY to see if a doctor was available. Within 15 minutes, I was escorted to the Ortho NY office on the same floor. I felt fortunate to be able to see a MD without a scheduled appointment. Within a reasonable amount of time, I had X-rays taken and Dr. Polishchuk, an orthopedic MD, met with me. He evaluated the X-rays and asked me questions about my pain. Not only was he knowledgeable, he had excellent interpersonal skills. He was a good listener and communicator. He diagnosed my condition as Lumbar Sciatica. He explained a treatment plan of OTC meds and exercise. He gave me a printout of home exercises as well as a script for Physical Therapy. Office staff 5 stars Medical Assistant 5 stars Xray tech 5 stars plus! Physician 5 stars plus! Waiting rooms and parking were great.

During my son's initial assessment I knew we had hit the jackpot. Rich spent a full hour thoroughly assessing and asking thoughtful questions. He then emailed summary of our visit and a plan. Additionally, he emailed helpful, tailored exercise plans to do at home. Rich, Ashley, and Cassie have all worked with my son, and at each visit they've provided one-on-one attention. I need to mention they also included excellent therapy sessions in the pool. Every therapy session has been focused and truly exceptional. Our son has made a full recovery. We are not newbies to physical therapy; in fact, we have had prior experiences with other PT providers including home visits. Our assigned PT Patrick Schroeder was excellent! My husband saw him for several sessions because of severe mobility and balance issues that were acerbated by a fall and a bout of Covid in December. Patrick was knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the mobility issues and modifying the treatment plan when needed. He has outstanding interpersonal skills, and my husband was encouraged appropriately during his therapy sessions with him. He enjoyed chatted about SU sports and engineering with him. These interchanges helped him relax during the sessions. Patrick gave us two pages of exercises my husband could do at home to complement the therapy sessions. Office experience: The Green Room has friendly staff that are peasant to deal with when making or cancelling appointments.

WATCH OVER YOU CHILDREN AT ALL TIMES!!!…read more I was there yesterday with my daughterand had a horrible experience. Her therapist Jessie (JB) had on pants that were clearly 3-4 sizes to small. They were so tight that you could see the pulse in his testicle. He then proceeded to "adjust" himself every time he moved. He could not even bend over to demonstrate the appropriate exercises without his behind being exposed. I spoke with the office this morning and with Patti who informed me that she is the new owner. She was very dismissive. She said that someone had spoken to him about his clothing and they would make sure he got appropriate clothing. When asked what else was being done i was told nothing and that if I didn't feel comfortable that I should take my child somewhere else. There will be no documentation or reporting of his inappropriate touching of himself during my daughters exam. I informed her that her solution wasn't appropriate and asked who accredited her facility so I could report the issue to them. Her response was "wow your taking this too far". I disagreed whole heartedly and told her that if he is not on anyone watch list that he certainly should be. She told me she wasn't going to respond and then handed the phone off to a receptionist to have my child scheduled with another therapist. I don't know what's "too far" when it comes to protecting your 13 year old daughter from a 40+ year old inappropriate man but there is no such thing as far as im concerned. I will be reqching out to medicare, the department of health and my legal team as soon as i can. I encourage anyone else that has felt uncomfortable to come forward as well. Its sad that the owner of this facility doesnt care to document and protect our children but as a parent i always will. I hope this issue gets resolved but in the mean time. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CHILD UNATTENDED IN A ROOM WITH ANYONE THERE!!​

Then I got charged for two months (over $600) of services I never used. I don't know how they got my new credit card number. I was told it was done by a collections agency, but it just felt very shady. They never contacted me. My first stretch was, good, but the rest were meh. Most of the staff there are disinterested teenagers. The Manager is really sweet, but the Owner has no integrity. I overheard a conversation between him and another client who wanted out of their contract because they couldn't afford it. He charged them a really big cancellation fee, and I know he could have waived it. I can't stand that stuff.
