They take time to diagnose, discuss, and apply sensible programs. They keep on the ball by tailor-making the procedures and then "up the stakes" as the client improves. The person's needs and abilities are honored; yet there is also firm and respectful nudging to up his or her efforts. Conor, Joe, and Trish have friendly personalities. Over the years I've gone to many PT providers. These are the best! Dr. Traudt examined my needs and correctly directed me into PT. After that, he cordially keeps in touch with words of advice and support. Dr. Fitzgerald is taking excellent care of my wife, and shares her care with PT Trish. So, I decided to try them one more time hoping that maybe their billing staff had improved. They actually messed up the billing yet again. They sent me a copy of the insurance company billing instructions I had given them for my file. It specified the name of the insurance company and the exact address and contact information. They ended up sending the billing to a completely different insurance company - that has been out of business for many years - totally ignoring the information they acknowledged they had in my file. Although they have some terrific PT folks their ongoing billing errors create more aggravation than I am willing to deal with.,

Within about a month or so, Jay, the physical therapist, helped me gain my range of motion back and had me moving again. The stretches and exercises he gave me worked like magic and helped me overcome a debilitating herniated disc injury. Jay's humor helped keep me sane when I was depressed and barely able to move. It has now been a little over a year since I stopped going there and I've been keeping up with all of the exercises Jay gave me and I've been back in the gym doing my old workouts before my injury, pain free. Now I don't mind going at all. I may feel a little sore afterwards, but they constantly take care of you by using a tens unit, heat, ice and a massage gun. additionally, my therapist massages my bad shoulder and it feels phenomenal. I can tell that it's slowly gonna get better. they actually care about you here. I've been to other physical therapy places where they just want their money. This place actually cares about you and wants to make sure that you heal properly. I highly recommend this place and I highly recommend JJ but they're all fantastic.

There was a lot of swelling and my surgeon had prescribed meds and an injection but nothing worked. I also was prescribed physical therapy which I had done by a different provider. No help. Then I discovered this provider and, fortunately, I have been seen by one of the partners Dennis Judd. The man is a wizard. In short order he found the specific cause of my discomfort and started working in it. Within 4 sessions my pain has considerably diminished! I know Dennis has close to 50 years of experience- and it is quite apparent. I give Dennis my highest recommendation.

It was clearly beyond her. Again, a hot pack, then short massage. No electro stimulation or movement. I was hoping for traction as the doctor thought that might help, but didn't put that in writing. By the third visit I knew I was not really being helped. I asked about traction. She then proceeded to sit behind me as I lay on my back AND PULLED ON MY HEAD! This odd sensation lasted all of 2 minutes. My assessment? Wasted time, wasted money, no help for my pain or stiffness. Totally unprofessional. Worst physical therapy experience ever.
