I inquired through their website about a unique print job and heard back within 24 hours. Jill worked with as best she could on email and invited me to come in shop to feel my paper texture options. It didn't take more than a few minutes to meet, greet and discuss then I was on my way. She emailed me package estimates a day or so later and pricing was more than reasonable. I've seen products they've made for friend's businesses before and can honestly say they do the best job in town. Their cute little office is located off Oleander Dr. It is tucked away in the back with plenty of parking. If you see Pizettas you're in the right complex just head towards the center and back. They have a great online response rate, too if you'd rather inquire or call before visiting. Highly recommended for all special print project needs.

I decided to go a different route for our wedding invites and buy a template off of Etsy.com and then have them printed at a corporate company. When trying to get them printed at a local store they were extremely unknowledgeable about basic printing (like types of paper) so I put a post on facebook searching for a local small business. Someone suggested Dock Street and I'm so glad they did! Cindy was incredibly helpful; the template I bought was actually not quite print ready (font size, color, spacing etc.) It looked great on the computer but not so much in print. Cindy worked with me for days and days giving suggestions and instructions on making it ready for print. She printed multiple copies and had me take a look to make adjustments as needed. We finally got our end product and we have had so many compliments! We got the invitations, details card, website card, rsvp, belly band and envelopes for the same price as the big companies were charging for just the invite and envelope! I highly recommend Dock Street for all your needs!

BlueTone Media was the worst experience I have ever had, both as a small business owner and as a…read moreformer employee of a software development company. They contacted me when I started my business (I assume through some paid list of new companies) and asked if I needed help with web design. I researched and they seemed OK online and so I moved forward with them. Without going into a long bitter rant, I entered into a contract with them to have my site completed within 6 weeks and they did not start until the 6 weeks were nearly over. They did not deliver on our agreed upon requirements and the owner of the company, Jimmy Honsinger was the most unprofessional person I have ever encountered. He refused to meet the terms of our agreement and also tried to nickel and dime me for items that were on the agreed upon requirements as the scope of the project. I had to continually follow-up with them to have any sort of progress made and finally they handed me off to one employee at the end, who to his credit (Andrew Foster) was very helpful, but the damage was already done. He even admitted that his CEO was out of line and that they had done a pretty terrible job on my website. If you go to my website, you will see that all they did was hand me over a wordpress template and that many of the functionalities are not working. My husband and I also had to do the bulk of the uploading of information ourselves (which they said they would do). We also had to correct a lot of their "coding" which was really just putting plug-ins into the site. Worst of all, the owner demanded payment even after not completing the job and was completely unprofessional (his own staff apologized on his behalf, was appalled at the comments made to me). If you are looking for someone to build your e-commerce website, or any website for that matter, DO NOT USE them. I am now $6000 in the hole and will have to build my website again from scratch. They really put me back on my timelines, money and my sanity.
