(( FedEx went downhill )) They don't like to knock or ring the doorbell anymore. They caused significant damage, and I have been trying to resolve this issue since December 2025. I have filed claims and reached out to the owner. The owner keeps telling us he is looking into it, to no avail. The damage was not accidental; it was the result of reckless and willful neglect. After seven months with no communication and lies from the owner, Macon. I have included some pictures of the damage and how they treated our furniture. To add insult to injury, they required me to pay the balance on the invoice before I could file a claim that has not been processed. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
