I've had t-shirts that are at least 5 years old and they look practically new after many washes. No fading at all. I have totes, crossbody bags, socks, keychains, candles...and various other clothing items. No complaints whatsoever. The store is beautiful, rustic, nostalgic and pays homage to the area where the store is situated. I miss the downtown location but the store in the Strip serves us well. At the same time, another employee positioned an iPhone near where we were standing, which made us feel uncomfortable and singled out. We are both African American, and the behavior of the employees felt prejudiced and unnecessary. We entered the store fully intending to purchase fragrances, but left feeling disappointed and unwilling to spend our hard-earned money in an environment where we felt judged rather than welcomed.

The top level contains merchandise for men, children, and home, and the bottom level contains merchandise for women. I focused on the women's clothing. I saw an assortment of shirts, pants, shorts, dresses, coats, and other apparel that previous retailers could not sell. I recognized brands such as Calvin Klein and Nike, but I had not previously heard of some of the other brands. I thought that the prices were low to moderate. I decided to purchase a pair of UnionBay shorts for $23. The cashier quickly and correctly rang up my purchase.

I brought a leather jacket to be repaired and cleaned and boy did Roberta's team deliver!…read moreI'm kicking myself for not taking pictures of the jacket before repair, but trust me, the lining was totally ruined and needed a lot of work. Her team replaced the lining and cleaned the leather so that it looks as good as new. The jacket is from the 80s so they were able to restore it to its glory days! The price was reasonable and they got me my jacket in less than 2 weeks. If you ever need leather repairs or cleaning do yourself a favor and stop in this store.

Let me set the scene...You stumble across the sidewalk display in front of the store while going from one food store to another and all of the sudden your eyes go to the beautiful colors that surround you. Once you step inside the tiny shop you squeeze around the many displays of sparkling jewelry, handing scarves, and body wraps that cover the walls. There may not even be walls in this store...there is far too much fabric hanging to even know. Then, as you've finished looking around and you are about to tell Lucy how lovely her store is, you see the narrow staircase that leads up to a room full of treasures! Even though I look horrible in hats, I was tempted to buy about a dozen houndstooth, plaid, and solid winter hats. I went in for one scarf for a gift...left with three and had to force myself out since I am fairly sure that I was parked illegally.
