Let's start off with what I don't like...umm I can't think of one thing that I don't like but I have a million reasons otherwise. The quality....the clothing is built to last. I've had t-shirts that are at least 5 years old and they look practically new after many washes. No fading at all. I have totes, crossbody bags, socks, keychains, candles...and various other clothing items. No complaints whatsoever. The store is beautiful, rustic, nostalgic and pays homage to the area where the store is situated. I miss the downtown location but the store in the Strip serves us well. If you have yet to visit you're definitely in for a treat!

I had heard this shop moved here into the Terminal, but I was not familiar with the brand. It's a nice little shop with cool decor. It is designed to look retro. They even have an old classic Triumph motorcycle on display. What caught our eye was a shirt displayed on an outside rack with a crying pirate on it that said . . . "Actually There's A Lot of Crying in Baseball," which is very apropos to our local Major League team here in Pittsburgh. The shirt was $36. We bought one for a Father's Day gift. I was surprised to learn that the return policy on shirts is one year . . . ONE YEAR!! That's kinda crazy, but apparently they are supposedly good quality, and made in the U.S.A. In addition to shirts, they also had other clothing too, such as hats, shorts, socks, n'at, and they even had stickers for sale . . . Cheers! P.S. One negative thing was that they don't give out paper receipts. You can have it e-mailed or sent by text. I opted for an e-mail, but it never actually arrived (meh)!!!

The owner is a gem too, very old school, paper receipts & travels to Nepal & India every couple of months to restock the store. All of the staff who work here are just so lovely too!! Another one of my favorite little things about the shop is they give you these cute, simple little bags to take your purchases home in, I reuse them all the time! Also, if you get rings from here they are happy to polish them for you whenever :))

I was lucky enough to visit during their "$10 fill a bag" sale of winter clothing and got some fantastic deals. There really is something for everyone that wears women's clothing here. At the same time, another employee positioned an iPhone near where we were standing, which made us feel uncomfortable and singled out. We are both African American, and the behavior of the employees felt prejudiced and unnecessary. We entered the store fully intending to purchase fragrances, but left feeling disappointed and unwilling to spend our hard-earned money in an environment where we felt judged rather than welcomed.

This particular Nordstrom Rack is in The Block Northway shopping center. This Nordstrom Rack has two floors. The top level contains merchandise for men, children, and home, and the bottom level contains merchandise for women. I focused on the women's clothing. I saw an assortment of shirts, pants, shorts, dresses, coats, and other apparel that previous retailers could not sell. I recognized brands such as Calvin Klein and Nike, but I had not previously heard of some of the other brands. I thought that the prices were low to moderate. I decided to purchase a pair of UnionBay shorts for $23. The cashier quickly and correctly rang up my purchase.

Her team replaced the lining and cleaned the leather so that it looks as good as new. The jacket is from the 80s so they were able to restore it to its glory days! The price was reasonable and they got me my jacket in less than 2 weeks. If you ever need leather repairs or cleaning do yourself a favor and stop in this store.

It is a small shop catering to working women of all sizes. The mannequins are beautifully dressed and accessorized. Purses, shoes, scarves, and jewelry are available for final touches on your new outfit. The store doesn't carry formal wear. Ample parking. All major credit cards accepted. I have added this store to my consignment shop favorite list.
