At approximately 10:00 a.m., while I was in the shop getting a haircut, an individual driving under the influence crashed into two parked vehicles--one of which was mine. What could have been an overwhelming experience was made significantly more manageable because of the way your team and the people in the shop showed up with genuine care and concern. Throughout the incident, you checked on me periodically, made sure I was okay, and even brought me my jacket when you noticed I was visibly cold while waiting outside for the Lacey Police Department to complete their investigation. Those small but thoughtful actions meant more to me than you may realize. I was also deeply touched when another patron, who was simply there for a haircut, paid for mine.
