Not only was he unhappy with the service and quality of his haircut and beard trim, but when it came time to use the gift certificate they accused him of trying to use a fake one. They couldn't find their own record of when they sold me this gift card which was not cheap, but then accused him of trying to use a fake gift card. I'm not sure why he was treated so poorly, but this is very disappointing. We will not be returning.

They also are the only person in the space besides me and are willing to mask upon request, so it's still a COVID-safe option in 2025. Hooray for disability justice! They did a great job with the back of my son's hair and the way his hair was styled was cute. Unfortunately when it is not styled it looks like he took scissors to it. Really looks like a hack-job. He's 5 years old, his hair will stay styled for maybe half an hour at the most. Not at all a good cut for kids and you don't even realize until you're home and your child has messed up the styling. I would not recommend this place for kids, may be fine for adults. read more

She's been a barber for over 22 years serving our military service members mainly! Very fast, efficient and well done men's hair cuts for $8, I think she has a special going on for $5 right now. I get my hair and bangs trimmed here with my daughter and my boyfriend gets his hair cut and beard trimmed here as well. She finishes with a massage and a hot towel too! The barber (Yon) here has over 20 years experience doing military haircuts, and only charges $8.00 for military and senior haircuts. She pays lots of attention to detail finished off the haircut with a massage, and hot towel. The football game was viewable while my haircut was being done. I was pleasantly surprised with the clean play area for the kids. A family oriented business for sure. read more

She just opened this barber shop. She cut my hair the way I wanted. I have found the right barber for me. Shop was big and clean. She has a free bottle of water for the customers. That was nice on hot day. She has discounts for military and seniors. If you have kids there is a nice play area in the shop. You need try!!! read more

Went here for the first time today. Switched it up from my usual place in Lacey that is always packed. Excellent customer service and attention to detail, my daughter played with toys while I got my cut, and I watched the Pro Bowl. Warm towel and back massage at the end. Found my new spot read more

First time in today, they just re-opened according to state guidelines and the whole shop is super clean. Customers are supposed to wear face masks (which I appreciate) and they've got affordable masks there, if you need. Great cut, especially for how quick! Will absolutely be back. read more
