She uses many different techniques: traditional Swedish, deep tissue, rocks, cups, Thai, etc to create a full body experience that is tailored to whatever you need. She worked with me to explore and find peace with two relatives that were difficult for me, who had passed away. I came to an understanding of them and was able to let go of all my complicated feelings and now I just feel love and empathy. It is so freeing. We also worked through some of the collective trauma such as fires and the pandemic. Fiona taught me practices that I use daily to reduce stress and anxiety and manage my energy in relation to other people and outside events. The practices are particularly helpful as I'm trying to fall asleep at night. I highly recommend her.

I sought out classes which would get me moving while allowing me to explore a new dance style. Fiona's way of mixing traditional bellydance movement with cardio workouts allows us as students to build up the skill and knowledge quickly. Her classes don't include mirrors, so we can learn the Tribal method of following a leader, with the added benefit of not having to worry how we look doing so.
