What a kind and supportive person. Lisa helped me uncover some really heavy things inside myself that I had been holding for some time. Not only did I release emotionally and energetically, but I felt my body release blocks and tension as well. She provided me resources and made sure to check in with me the next day to continue assisting me on this path of healing. So grateful, and a little overwhelmed honestly by how deep it went. Not usually a big yelper but Lisa helped me SO much with my back pain that I feel like I have to leave a review. I have a reoccurring issue with sciatica...this last time my back went out I could hardly walk. I know I'm in for pain for at least a week after I tweak it and when it happens & I'm super reluctant to take any meds. Typically do acupuncture to help cope but this time my friend recommended I try Reiki, specifically Lisa..The atmosphere and Lisa are calming and lovely. I felt comfortable and at ease despite my intense pain. Which (I cant believe I'm typing this) felt 80% better. The first 15 minutes or so I could actually feel the nerves and tension letting go and it felt warm where she did the Reiki. I am a former skeptic. I found Lisa when a painful time in my life had me feeling I could no longer continue with the daily pain and anxiety I was living with. I was ready to look outside the box for healing. Even during my first session I half heartedly wondered if I was wasting my money. Lisa has a genuine smile that put me at ease. Her area is warm and immaculate. I set my intention on self confidence. After my session, I felt it was pleasant and soothing but not anything life changing. THEN driving halfway home I noticed I hadn't turned on my GPS to guide me. I always always always use my GPS because I have a lot of driving anxiety and I was unfamiliar with the route to Lisa's space. This was really out of character for me. I had the confidence to not use GPS. From there, my life slowly changed. I have weeded out toxic people from my life and had the confidence to ask for (and receive) a raise at work.
