Our experience started with the first initial estimate, provided by the owner Mr. George Denison. He gave us a prompt and extremely fair quote for all labor and materials which are warrantied. A neighbor had replaced a roof, two years prior, which was the same as ours with a company who had charged 3k more. Everything was documented and any questions we had were promptly answered. The workers on site were hard working, polite and beyond professional. The site was cleaned up each day and the finished product was outstanding and completed in two and a half days. They came to finish the job on a Sat morning. After the first day of work, we actually received a call from Barbara. She works in the front office and she called to just check in with us to ensure that we were satisfied. They told me they have been in business for over 50 years and I definitely can see why. The owner of TPM, Tyler Rokowski, was the first to reply to my search on "Yelp." Tyler came the next day, surveilled the damage and got right back to me with his estimate. Not to lock him in on his rate; I just want to say that his price was more than generous. He gave me his appointment date and start time and showed up with his crew and equipment and got right to it. Never have I seen such a hard-working team. They did a great job in a short time. They took down the Part that was laying on my roof, cut away all the branches to prevent further damage and cut down the entire tree, cleaning up the yard as they worked. They took away all of the branches and the big logs, then they ground the stump down. They were at my house at the scheduled time and were gone by 2 pm. I highly recommend this business.
