Brandon was Cross Creeks on-site manager. Brandon is so knowledgeable about every aspect of your project and oversees the other team members ensuring all aspects of project stay on course. Dumping landscaping materials over onto some ones else's property is not cool and then not removing it after confronted about it. They lied about not touching our property in the end they did. If you want pissed off neighbors just use them. They will dust your vehicle and home out and park in front of your driveway as often as they would like. Broken water line fooding out the area.

We purchased a property on a one-acre lot in Sandpoint two years ago and we invited Legacy to give…read moreus a bid on the landscaping. It was a bit of a challenge because although the property is waterfront, only the backside of the garage faced the water, and the rest of the property was seriously overgrown and cluttered. Legacy first drew detailed plan proposals and after three iterations, we had a final plan that more than embodied our vision. Some of the design elements we would never have thought of and they really added to the total. Next we got a detailed cost breakdown and timing. Having dealt with other contractors extensively, I did not expect the budget and timeline to be followed, but they were! We of course, made changes as we went, but each time, Joey would come out to discuss and then he would produce revised schematics, timing and pricing. As a result, there were never any surprises. The end result far exceeded our expectations and we have received lots of kudos from our friends & neighbors (some have hired Legacy themselves!). So this could not have been a better experience and I think this comes down to excellent architecture, superb project management and a steady team that not only knew what they were doing, but also had an artist's touch. Subsequently, he behaved in an extremely unprofessional manner: I requested an itemized invoice but never received one; every time we agreed on a start date, he failed to show up at the site; on one occasion, he finally did arrive and began the task, but he completed only 10% of the total scope of work and then stopped. Since then, I have repeatedly asked Jordan to complete the project; however, as of today, no action has been taken on his part. I would not recommend Winsome Landscaping.
