I'm pretty picky about who gets their hands on my hair and face. It's a big deal to me. But let me tell you, Bkrowned is truly something special. I reached out to the salon that few days later to see if they could help resolve the issue with the install but the woman I spoke with was indifferent to the severity of the situation or the discomfort I was in. She told me they were booked but I could try to come in a few days later and sit around to see if they could fit me in. She had no concern for the issue and was not apologetic at all.
