Our group ranged from 5 years old to 35 and we all had a great time! Loved that the bowling showed your selfie picture on the screen and the kids enjoyed the arcade after the bowling. It did fill up for bowling later in the afternoon. Highly recommend this place for a family outting or even would be fun for a date night or group of friends! Apparently someone was working on the machine when he threw the ball but we had no knowledge of that. We were very apologetic toward the situation and continued our conversation when the lady left... then she came back and continued to attempt to egg us on aswell as telling us we can leave mind you our whole group was very calm this whole time.. 4minutes pass and our game gets stuck again we tell staff and stop bowling. The same lady comes back with even more attitude telling us we can happily report her unprovoked! At this point we just wanted a refund from this terrible experience we spent 50$ on the game and only got 22$ back we paid 28$ for 5min of bowling, we left and they refused to give us the name of the lady and decided to go to another bowling alley with better service. 1/10 wouldn't recommend
