This month marks four years since my motorcycle accident. And now, I can finally put everything behind me. We finally closed my case last week and Claude has done an exceptional job. The individual responsible for my auto accident unfortunately only had state minimum liability. That said, Claude was able to get policy limits from the insured and the rest of the case was a matter of negotiating down the liens placed on me. after being t-boned by not one but 2 SUVs, unable to work, having used George Choulos previously, he DID NOT FILE MY CASE ON TIME. Yes, I have been T-boned twice by no fault of my own either time. I am still treating for these injuries out of my own pocket, and am practically homeless, months behind in debt. When I had asked George about the status of my case, and he told me everything was fine. But then, months later after the deadliine to file it had passed, he called me into his office with Wyle, and they told me how they made a mistake, that he DIDN"T FILE MY CASE ON TIME and how they would settle for X amount (way under what I already owed) gee they were so busy with a big case that they didn't do it right. The other party admitted fault, and had great insurance. So, I consulted with another attorney, and they returned with a settlement of less than X that they had offered me in their office, which again was way less than I owed. he is heartless, knew my family had already suffered for years from my first accident, but sent me an offer way under what I needed just to pay off debts. Can I give him negative stars? George, you still owe me and you know it, what a lame excuse you are for a man. He then basically told me to settle, and since my family couldn't wait to sue him or afford it either, we had to settle with him for a tiny fraction of what we owed. I went to Claude Wyle with my injury case based on reccomendations and honestly things didn't look all that great from the beginning for me, my evidence was minimal, the police report wasn't helping me and one of the witnesses was biased against me. Claude still took my case and fought for me every step of the way and was very supportive the entire time. He looked deep into the details and based on my account and the evidence I had he managed build up my case and he interviewed the witnesses and managed to get the biased witness to back down from their exaggerations.
