Some of the San Francisco tenant attorneys we consulted seemed to have a business model of shying away from trial in favor of settling many "cookie-cutter" cases for less than their actual value. Wow, where do I begin? If I'm remembering correctly, I started working with Mark in 2005, if that's not correct than definitely 2006 because I just looked at some old case documents. Off the top of my head, I want to say Mark has helped me with 4-5 legal matters, with the largest one being a Real Estate case.
