I had gone there around 3 PM to get clothes for my daughter, but they didn't look good on her, so I went back the same day around 7:30 PM to return them. When I returned, she was laughing and being very nice to other customers, but the moment it was my turn, she stopped smiling and treated me coldly for no reason. She also looked me up and down, which felt very disrespectful. She appeared to be brown, and the customers she was being friendly with were also brown, while I'm Asian, which made the situation feel even more uncomfortable. I'm not sure if it was racism, but it certainly felt that way.

It's all self checkout which is fine as long as you don't have any questions. If you do have questions, difficult to find answers. The first time we shot there we were told we had a $10 coupon for the next time we came in. When we checked out we found out that the $10 coupon was good as long as we spent more than $100 and only if we ordered online. I wanted 8 shirts, and they only had seven in stock. We had to stop the checkout process and then go through the process of ordering everything online for delivery. Quite inflexible. I wanted to try a couple of the shirts to make sure they fit. I have trouble with one of my arms and have a very hard time taking a t-shirt on and off so my husband was going to come into the try on cubicle with me, but we were told only one person was allowed. I wonder if they've heard of ADA. She had to check with her manager to get permission, which we did not appreciate. I am looking forward to my new t-shirts though. And thus, only four stars

Second I brought her a bag full of gently used / new clothing and 4 pairs of brand new sneakers Nike/ Jordan etc (she took everything!) and only gave me $12 store credit... i feel robbed and would have much rather have given my clothes to someone in need but lesson learned. Facebook marketplace or children's orchard is a much better option in my opinion. They have an array of clothes, accessories, baby toys, etc. I liked that they had organic options for some of their items. They also had really cute tiny purses and faux designer things for babies! The staff were really friendly both in person and over the phone. NOTE: Parking is either along the front of the store or in the parking garage. GPS took me to the Trader Joe's on the other side of the plaza -_- but it's actually right across the street of the Starbucks and the theatre. Would definitely recommend for cute baby things!

My kids are now outgrown the items they sell so not I buy gifts for all my friends young children from there. Parking in their new location is also super convenient - there is street parking as well as a huge parking structure.
