They were very kind and helpful. Right away they told me that they had some items on sale if I was interested. I thanked them and went about my day looking for a pair of skinny jeans and leggings. I found 2, one of each and they got me inside their dressing room. I tried both items, it was a bit tight on me. Prices were reasonable and affordable. I felt a bit disappointed because I liked them both very much. Store and the dressing rooms were very clean, & organized. Will definitely return next time I go to the mall. Conveniently located inside the mall on the 2nd and 1st floor. They have a lot of different clothes, accessories to choose from. Even for little children. We like old navy for clothes for our little girls, be a use they're fairly inexpensive and they usually have a pretty good selection. The people who work here are always helpful and friendly, even though they are understaffed in my opinion. The reason this is is a four star review is because the store is pretty small, which sometimes leads to a limited selection. They always tell you you can get it on the website, but if I wanted to get it on the website I wouldn't have come into the store.

Whether it was clothes/shoes, accessories, perfumes, lotions, soaps and/or other household/fashionable items. Brand names and fashionable trends. I really liked this store a lot. Mini version of the actual Nordstrom's that's in the mall.There were at least 3 cashiers working and all very friendly & helpful with the customers. The line was moving pretty fast & I liked that!! It was easy to navigate almost all the aisles. Top notch customer service, store was very clean, plenty of parking shared with a lot of other businesses and take a good look at my purse and the small bottled perfumes that I got under $180.00.(not including tax). When you walk into the store, you'll notice that this place is very organized. The girls clothing are on the left and the boys clothing are on the right. It's also setup by the age of the child as well. So newborns are in the front and the further you go down, the higher the age. They also have some toys in here as well and that's in the middle of the store. This place is in a plaza with a bunch of parking spots so you shouldn't have any issues. The brand doesn't listen to consumers when it comes to deliverables of merch coming in basics colors like: BLACK, WHITE, NAVY, GREY and RED. The color selection now is sherbets for spring but try and find shorts w/ tees and tanks in basics? You can't! Try calling the store and getting a live person to pick up? You won't! On a positive note: they still hem their overly long items for FREE! So I guess they are fine with allowing Vuori and Alo to take over their share of the market since they seem to be backing out of it through these cost cutting measures? Who knew that at the store on Laurel, Steps before Chandler St. those jeans can be found. I also found VERY DIFFERENT edgy dresses (I anded up buying yellow dress and I get complements on it every time I wear it). She also has a bunch of awesome skirts, I will definitely come back for them soon. It is not an inexpensive store. I paid $150 for Jeans, $120 for dress, $60 for capris, $60 x 2 for 2 shirts, but still...l you get Neiman's quality and I guarantee that everything you buy there worth every penny you spent!!!
