The person who took our order was kind and patient. I may make a bold statement that this is the best asian restaurant we have had on our trip to cancun. The eel hand roll had bones... SO SO MANY BONES. I LOVE unagi and could not finish it because of the amount of bones they left behind. This has never, I mean never happened with me and unagi anything before. Not only this but as soon as we sat down we were ATTACKED by mosquitos. I know we're in the jungle and every night we got a few bites here and there. But this was something new. I felt like hundreds of pins were stabbing into me from the second I sat down. My friend and I each left with at least 10+ bites each (which turned into welts) despite the restaurant providing bug spray and bringing a bug repellent pot/smoke right next to us. I don't know why all the bugs concentrated here but it was hard for us or any of the neighboring people eating to enjoy the meal. Also, a day after I ate here (with nothing in between but bottled water), I became violently sick. I'm talking throw up at the airport sick and then a week in bed when I got home. Pretty sure it's food poisoning, I will NOT be back.
