The staff was very knowledgeable and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Hope and Sam were especially great -- friendly, helpful, and clearly passionate about the animals. You can tell the animals are well cared for and loved. I also appreciated that the staff took their safety policies seriously. There was a young boy in our group who was not old enough for one of the experiences, and even though the parents weren't thrilled, the staff still followed their rules and did not allow him to participate. I respect them for prioritizing the safety of both the child and the animals. Such a fun and memorable experience overall!

The company is registered and insured as a vendor with Palm Beach County Parks & Rec so they were a simple add to our Pavilion Rental permit (and when I had a question about the PB County application process, Yuly was happy to help). Most importantly, the animals are clearly loved and well cared for. Everyone from toddlers to adults enjoyed the pony and petting zoo. The petting zoo animals were well kept and taken care for and handled by the owners themselves along with their adorable children. The bounce house was in great condition and delivered to us in the morning before the party for our son to enjoy before our guests arrived. Also, they went out of their way to pick up and deliver tables and chairs to us from another source. They were simply wonderful!

This company brought a petting zoo to my community event and I will be honest. They need to employ animal handlers that can not only protect the animals being poked, picked up and crowded over, but know how to be around kids and adults the same. The handler was so rudet and condescending when informed about an animal not looking well and obviously not wanting to be touched (while she chewed up the last bit of chips in her mouth). Being an animal handler myself, I was not about to argue in front of kids and people, but definitely will call the head of events at Parks and Recreations. If you're going to provide animals to entertain, make sure they are protected from people who don't know how to handle them and employ educated and delightful staff. Shameful.

I didn't catch her name but the woman who greeted us first was so warm & welcoming. We went for their goat yoga class and we were pleasantly surprised by a tour of the farm & getting to meet & feed some of the other animals. Manish told us all about all the animals & the farm's sustainable energy and made sure we were enjoying the pre-class tour with lots of jokes. We got to carry the goats from their pen to the yoga area and it was such a cool experience. The class was great -- a good workout with lots of entertainment from jumping baby goats. Our instructor told us about the symbolism of having a goat place all 4 hooves on your back being a gateway to releasing any tension or negativity. Even with a class of about 15 people, they made sure to give all of us plenty of opportunities for the goats to get onto our backs. Those of us who are usually a little nervous around excited animals even felt comfortable enough to play with the adorable baby goats and we were all sad to leave them. If you're looking for a calming, nature focused experience, I would definitely recommend visiting 24 Karat Ranch! It's run by such sweet people and the baby goats are adorable. They offer a bunch of other activities as well so definitely give them a try.
