My wedding planning was extremely stressful and having Varun and Janet to lean on alleviated that. Varun gave us a ton of advice on music and the program. We also had last minute adjustments to the program that he accommodated gracefully. We had a fusion wedding (I am Bengali and my husband is white american) and Varun was able to tie in western and desi music perfectly. In fact, Janet and Varun specialize in Desi fusion weddings as they are a mixed couple themselves!! They knew exactly what we needed and understood our needs. They also also made a "Varun mix" of our final song which I loved!!! We had a blast. We hired Tewari Productions for their DJ services and photobooth, but if I had to do it all over again I would have used them for many other aspects of our wedding. We had to scramble on the day of the event to borrow chairs from friends. When I raised the issue, the response was dismissive. After several emails, they admitted they had gone through their inventory but still offered nothing for the unusable chairs. When I requested a discount for a future event, I was told to inspect every chair myself at pick-up and that 'no discount would be given.' How can they completely dismiss me after I was willing to give them another chance? As a retired hospitality professional, in Palm Beach, I find this level of customer service unacceptable. I recommend choosing another rental company that values its customers and ensures proper quality inspections.
