Yet here I have been treated for so many services by Brighter Smile and my smile shows the tremendous difference. There are three convenient locations, they offer same day appointments, in office whitening, veneers, implants, oral and IV sedation, and they even work with your insurance. This is a highly qualified, attentive staff at the Shreveport clinic. Also, they are very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. The entire staff is kind, courteous, friendly, patient, gentle, respectful, informative and supportive. They take the time to listen to my musings, concerns and questions, and explain the details about the procedures they are about to perform. Unlike previous experiences, this clinic readily shows me my X-rays, dental progress and enlightens me about ways to improve my dental health. I never cry nor feel uncomfortable during my time here. Special kudos to the amazing Dr. Fox and his staff at the previous location whose service is impeccable. He brought me here, and since then the awesome Bert Kouns team regularly provide such outstanding support and service during each of my visits, with attention to every detail while assisting me patiently with warmth, kindness and pleasant humor which makes my visits so enjoyable. I'm thrilled about the quick entry time with little waiting, the efficiency of the front desk and the many pain free methods that are used. In fact, because of the wonderful numbing technology I usually don't feel anything and I strive not to fall asleep. The office is very pleasant. I recieved anxiety meds (several teeth being removed) and was placed in a room with nice music and a cuddly soft blankee and took a 10 min. nap. I found this information from the American Dental Association: "Adults without apparent dental problems do not need dental X-rays of any kind every year, the A.D.A. says. Adults who properly care for their teeth and have no symptoms of oral disease or cavities can go two to three years between bitewing X-rays, according to the A.D.A.".
