They numbed my gums with roughly 30 needle sticks without warning me, later billing my insurance $994 for it. The extraction process was even worse. Dr. Ram forced ill-fitting temporary teeth into my mouth against her assistant's warnings. They got stuck, and removing them cut my gums. Throughout the final measurements and fitting for my permanent partials, a dentist never once showed up to check the fit or verify the work. Financially, it is a scam. They billed my insurance $994 for scaling and $5,284 for extractions/dentures. Despite paying $1,194 out of pocket, I just received an unexpected bill for another $1,300 in July 2026. Save yourself the pain and money--go anywhere else.

So they did X-rays before the cleaning. I have some dental issues which I'm pretty self conscious about. Dr. Motts saw my X-rays and came in the little room I was in and started talking loud ,.or he seemed pretty loud to me , saying I was missing a bunch of teeth. I mean does he think I'm not aware of my dental situation ? Or did he believe everyone needed to hear about my problems? I don't know why he was so mean to me. We told him we were interested in getting a partial. He say more than once that a partial was 1500 bucks at his office. Again I don't know why that was necessary I just know I was embarrassed and I felt ashamed of missing teeth. Now I don't know if he's that way to everyone or he just didn't like me. I decided to skip the cleaning and we paid for the X-rays and left. The X-rays themselves were 400 bucks so thank God I skipped the cleaning or I would have had to pay twice what I expected to. I would rather pay 2000 for a partial than go back to this dentist. I remember how people made me feel and he didn't make me feel good at all. Dr. Fenton treats her employees horribly in front of patients, she is very passive aggressive towards them and is constantly putting them down. I am honestly surprised that she keeps getting new staff. I would never recommend going to this office for any of your dental needs. If you have more than 1 filling that needs to be done expect a multiple hour visit. I went in for a crown and it took Dr. Fenton 4 hours to do the crown and then after that I had to come back multiple times to get my bite back to normal. She over books her patients and then will make someone wait in a chair for 2 hours before being seen by her. I loved Angie and Emily, they were always nothing but sweet and did anything I needed.
