Communication with the owner was dismissive and unprofessional, and the situation was portrayed as our fault for the insurance company we use. Accidents are stressful enough without facing excessive fees and unhelpful treatment afterward. I would strongly advise others to ensure they control where their vehicle is towed if possible.

The Wagners are very honest about timetables and costs. They are good about telling you what various options you have for parts, types of repairs, etc so you understand what the opportunity costs are with respect to time, money, convenience, and quality. They are also very responsive about looping customers in on communication with the insurance companies. I appreciated that the Wagners were willing to explain auto body 101 concepts to me -- they are humble and there is no talking down or condescension when repairs/car issues are being explained. On sort of a side note, by talking to Rob I learned a lot about car bodies and just generally got some bigger picture insight into car repairs, the insurance industry, and supply chain issues. They rushed the work the second week, and scratched my roof in a few places and told me it was like that. Angie stated they Did the scratch, she saw it somehow in a picture they took?? They fixed it. The one in the middle of the roof was not repaired. I found paint smudge prints and dust on my back door panel, and dust in the interior door panels as well. They Armor All the tires, and had it all over the freshly painted wheel wells! They did a nice job on the rust, but that was it! Absolutely no communication the first week they had my car. I had to call to get a update on Friday... I asked for them to buff my car, $225, they did not even do the whole car, so I feel I should have been reimbursed some, but they did not. So this is why I am giving a 2 star review. For spending $2075 for work they provided, I think they should have treated me and my car more professional than they did!
