Asked for trees cut down and the stumps to be grind down as well. They did not grind the stumps on 2 of the trees. I called and made them aware they sent a crew member out to grind them. When he arrived he asked me how far I wanted the stumps to be grinned down, me response was level with the ground he went much deeper and the cut our grinder pipe and it caused it to leak. They took zero responsibility to help with the repair. I had to call a plumber and was charged $564.00 for the repair. I called Chris Francis spoke with the owner and he still would not accept any responsibility for the damage caused by his employee. I also sent an email explaining everything and unfortunately have not heard back. I am very disappointed in their lack for caring and not offering to cover at least half. read more

I can't say enough hood things about this company. This review is overdue - I have used them a few times over the past 2 years. Not only are they some of the nicest people I have ever done business with, but also are extremely efficient and safe. Watching them work is amazing. Instead of a couple of fellas in a battered pickup, CF Tree Care shows up with a team of workers that work very well together to remove the tree(s), debris and do their jobs with safety first. I have used the bubbas, and I have used CF Tree Service. The price is comparable but the work is heads and shoulders above others I have used. Get prepared to be placed on a waiting list. Trust me, it is worth the wait. Mike Francis (Chris' Dad) is a tree expert and offers great input on how to properly trim without killing trees. Every couple of years I need my giant oaks cared for to ensure their longevity. Chris Francis Tree Care was fantastic. They came out and carefully assessed what needed to be done to clean up a large oak in my front yard. About a week later, a very professional and respectful group of workers came and worked their tree trimming magic. The oak looks healthier and fuller, and limbs aren't constantly falling off every time the wind so much as whispers. They even did a fantastic job cleaning up afterwards.
