She came very prepared to our first meeting, but it was downhill from there. She very rarely initiated any communication with me and when I reached out, she always had an excuse as to why she couldn't have gotten back to me (work, travel, health, family, etc.). When I reached out to her about concerns, she never directly responded despite ensuring me she would email me a response. Because she is a co-owner, there was no one else to follow up with at the company to improve the situation. I was extremely disappointed in her lack of communication and assistance.
